Additional tests are $85 each and expedited results are available.
What is included?
The base price includes a thorough visual inspection of areas of suspected growth, followed by scanning with an infrared camera. Two tests are performed, whether surface or air. The price also includes shipping and lab fees. An inspection report is emailed, along with a follow-up phone call to ensure the client understands the results and to answer any additional questions.
How long does testing take?
Generally, about an hour. This can vary depending on the size of the home or business being inspected and the number of tests performed.
Test results are sent via email in 2-3 working days.
Do I have mold in my home?
Yes!
All homes have mold in them. Accurate testing is the key to knowing if you have elevated levels of mold.
Testing can also indicate different types of mold present. This is very helpful if you have a mold related allergy.
